When you arrive, you will be asked to complete the Elemental Nature Questionnaire to determine which product line to use (Tourmaline or All-Sensitive) to get the best results from your customized facial. A relaxing one-hour massage is followed by a Facial for Radiant Skin. While the facial masque is on, enjoy a complimentary scalp massage using Caribbean Therapy flower water, a non-oily alternative for stress-relieving treatments. Cancellation Policy: At the time of booking, a credit card number is required for services of two hours or more. We require 24 hours cancellation notice and, if less than that is given, a 50% fee for the services booked will be charged. If a gift certificate is being used for services, then a 50% fee will be taken off the value of the gift certificate if less than 24 hours notice is given.
